Photo + Journalism
BRIA K. WILLIAMS
BIOGRAPHY
I am currently a junior studying print/digital journalism at The Pennsylvania State University. I hope to report on controversial and thought-provoking issues.
I have held positions at The Daily Collegian as a campus candidate, diversity reporter, and visual arts repoter. Now, I am a P.S. reporter. In addition, I have held positions as a politics/freelance radio reporter for The Lion 90.7 FM, which is a station within ComRadio.
My current internship at the LGBTQA Student Resource Center has given me experience with creating and editing a bi-semesterly newsletter that focuses on LGBTQ issues.
I was a student of Professor Dillon for his Comm494A class which gave me the opportunity to write articles for the Centre Daily Times.
My future professional goals are as follows: write for a magazine/newspaper publication for 5-10 years, travel, create my own digital magazine, and then settle down as a White House correspondent.
If you would like to know more about what I have done in depth, I provided links to my articles, photography and resume.
